Noé has worked in film & TV for over thirty years as a Director and a  Producer. She set up Scottish Documentary Institute in 2004 and since then has devised several award-winning talent initiatives, including Bridging the Gap, BtG+, This is Scotland, Stories and The Edinburgh Pitch. She is a research professor at Edinburgh College of Art where she supervises PhD by practice in Documentary Film.

An active member of IPS (Independent Producer Scotland), she is very ambitious for Scottish talent to play a creative key role on the international documentary scene both as makers and facilitators. She exec produces most films going through SDI (Seven Songs for a Long Life, Norfolk, I Am Breathing, Future My Love, New Ten Commandments) working with a wide range of emerging and established talent. She has served on juries and panels at festivals round the globe as well as running documentary workshops especially in Africa and Middle East. She is currently working on a film in the Bijagos.

Scott is responsible for film education and environmental development at Creative Scotland. Until November 2019 he is also Interim Director, Screen. Scott studied literature, film, education and environmental management. He taught photography and media in London colleges and Scottish universities, photographed for Scottish Natural Heritage and programmed cinema and education at Macrobert. Since 1997, Scott has led the development and promotion of film and moving image education at Scottish Screen, Creative Scotland and now at Screen Scotland. He also has responsibility for Creative Scotland’s address to climate change.

Louise is a member of the executive team within Screen Scotland, the new dedicated partnership for screen in Scotland. She works across a range of film & television development, production, audience, festival, and professional development activity. Previously with Scottish Film Education, Louise has worked for film and arts festivals in Ireland, Scotland and Australia for ten years.
